Shipping Policy

We offer flat-rate shipping for $5 for US orders. For international shipping please email us for your rate.

We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once we receive your order. The USPS shipping window is 2-8 business days for domestic delivery; please keep in mind that this is in addition to the processing time. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We currently do not offer refunds or exchange for buyer’s remorse or if the buyer has selected the  incorrect sizing, color, style, or item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that banks may also have an additional processing time.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not replace sizing errors. Please contact us at to begin this process.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order as we do not provide refunds if your mailing details are incorrect.
